Don’t buy a home without having Nashville Home Inspection look it over for you.
This is only the 2nd home I have purchased and the first one was new construction. I was very nervous about buying an older home (25 yrs old) but Mr. Watkins was so informative and thorough that I was put right at ease. He found a few big things and several little things that I would have never found or thought of. One of the big things he found was high levels of radon in the house! We asked the sellers to fix everything that John had found and they agreed so now we are all set to move in with everything in safe, working order and it saved us thousands of dollars. I would never even THINK about buying another home without having John inspect it first!
My wife and I recently bought a new home and hired John to inspect it for us. All I can say is I am glad we made that choice. John was informative and no-nonsense during the inspection and had the perfect blend of being personable and professional to help put my nerves at ease. He went over the house with a fine toothed comb and let me know EVERYTHING that I needed to to feel comfortable in my purchase. I can tell you this, NHI will be our first choice for any inspections in the future, should the need arise. I recommend them to anyone who needs the services they offer. You won’t be disappointed!
