Video: Nashville Home Inspector Discovers Deadly Water Heater Vent In Franklin, TN

Nashville Home Inspectors Discovered This deadly water heater during a recent inspection.  When the plumber installed the new water heater he forgot to check the vent. The vent was disconnected in the attic area next to the upstairs bedroom. This is extremely dangerous. I noted this issue on the report and the seller repaired the vent.
